PAYMENT PLAN: 50% of nightly rate is due at time of booking. The remaining 50% of the nightly rate plus taxes/fees will be charged 30 days prior to check-in.

CANCELLATION POLICY: The cancellation policy allows for a full refund (100%) of the cost if requested within 48 hours of booking (if check-in date is outside of 14 days). Otherwise 50% of the total booking cost can be refunded if requested within 7 days of the check-in date.
