PAYMENT PLAN: 50% of nightly rate is due at time of booking. The remaining 50% of the nightly rate plus taxes/fees will be charged 30 days prior to check-in.

CANCELLATION POLICY: The cancellation policy allows for a full refund (100%) of the cost if requested within 30 days of the check-in date.
